In fact, in recent years, the development of instrumentation in China has been in a state of "survival in the cracks", according to the National Bureau of Statistics data, in 2014, China's instrumentation industry has a total of 4116 enterprises above designated size, nearly 1100 major enterprises are members of the Instrumentation Association. It shows that the overall scale of China's instrumentation industry is very small and depends on the instrumentation association. At the same time, 95% of the enterprises have an annual revenue of less than 100 million yuan, and there are no enterprises with more than 1 billion yuan, and the products of most enterprises are concentrated in the low-end. It has been in a backward situation in science and technology, and the annual income is small. China's trade deficit over the years is large, exports are far from comparable, and foreign instrument companies occupy most of the market.
In such a situation, some people will think that China's domestic instrumentation should follow its development, so that China's instrumentation industry has entered a short freezing period. Through this freezing period, I have passed the instrumentation industry to survive the fittest, so that more excellent instrumentation companies can survive, and at the same time vigorously support and support these enterprises. However, what is very embarrassing about this approach is that foreign-funded enterprises will get stronger and stronger when they receive the support of their own countries and China's market advantages, while China's enterprises are still considering survival in the survival of the fittest. Therefore, we need to think about how to develop domestic instrumentation?
First of all, the state needs to increase support for instrumentation enterprises, formulate a corresponding standard, support state-owned enterprises, supplemented by small and medium-sized enterprises, point and surface combination, leading technology enterprises to drive other enterprises in the process of instrument design, manufacturing, processing, etc., to improve the technical level of the overall market. At the same time, increase the application scope of domestic instrumentation, China's instrumentation is difficult to play a role in some specific environments, and the application force is greatly reduced.
Secondly, learn more from the reasonable technology of the West, encourage the establishment of localized instrumentation, improve the first (set) demonstration project, and drive the overall development with the project. Domestic instruments need to be closely combined with foreign instrument technology in the development process, and at the same time, with the help of the "Belt and Road" east wind, open up foreign markets, and strive to change from the market to technology and then to the market, so that domestic instruments can truly promote overseas markets.
Thirdly, increase the instrumentation of various detection functions to enhance their brand effect and after-sales service effect. Through a few years, China's general technology has been upgraded to a dedicated and stable technology, so that customers can trust domestic products and enhance their confidence and motivation.
